Technical Deep-Dive
At 650mm, it fits neatly into standard machine channels—no awkward overhang. Clean. Predictable. We set it at 2500W and 400V for a reason. Higher voltage means lower current for the same power, so your cables and terminals stay calmer under load. You still get high heat, but the electrical side stays simpler and less stressed. And it’s direct-wire. No ballast. No extra boxes. Just a clean, straightforward connection to the power supply.
Material & Design
The carbon fiber emitter is the heart of it. It handles rapid heating and cooling without cracking, which is a real headache with some ceramic options. A quartz envelope keeps everything protected—rain, dust, whatever—while keeping the filament stable. We went with an R7s connector so the lamp drops right in as a straight swap on many fixtures. Line it up, seat it, lock it. Done. The coating pushes output in the near- to mid-infrared bands, which means surfaces heat up faster when the beam hits them.
