Carbon Fiber Infrared Heating Lamps for High-Speed Paint Curing
We built these carbon fiber infrared lamps for one reason: to make industrial paint curing fast and clean. They deliver a blast of focused heat that cures the coating fast—without scorching whatever’s underneath.
Power, Voltage, and Size: Packed Into a Small Spot
These lamps run on 400V, because you need serious power in a tight space. The tubes are usually 300mm long, which squeezes a ton of heat density into a small footprint. That means you can fit high performance into cramped machine bays. At 2500W, they jump to temperature quickly, so your line doesn’t have to wait around. Cycle times shrink. The whole process just moves.
Built to Last: Halogen, Quartz, and a Rock-Solid Fit
Inside, a carbon fiber filament sits in a quartz envelope. We add a halogen gas fill to steady the filament and stretch out its life. The quartz holds up to thermal shock, so the output stays steady even when you’re cycling the lamp on and off. We use R7s connectors because they lock in tight. You wire it once, and it stays put—even on equipment that’s humming and vibrating all day.
On the Floor: Fast, Even Curing That Actually Holds Up
These lamps were born for infrared paint curing, where the heat has to be fast and even. The secret is the focused spectrum: it heats the coating directly, not the conveyor or the air around it. Now, here’s the honest part—packing that much power into a short tube means you need proper cooling and thermal management in the enclosure. Keep it within spec, and you get a curing profile you can count on, day after day.
