Introduction
We make carbon infrared heating lamps built for the real world—the kind of industrial work that demands serious muscle. These aren’t your average bulbs. They’re built for jobs where you need fast, powerful drying, curing, and heating, and where keeping a tight grip on temperature is non-negotiable. They get hot. Fast. And they stay steady.
The Inside Story
Here’s the thing about these lamps: they’re all about high power density. You get to set the voltage and wattage to exactly match what your line needs. The element hits a super-high filament temperature, blasting energy directly onto the target. We size them to drop right into the reflectors and fixtures you already have. The goal? Give you maximum heat in a minimal footprint. No wasted space. Just pure, focused energy where you need it.
What They’re Made Of
Inside each lamp, the carbon filament is housed in a quartz envelope. We chose quartz for a reason—it can handle rapid temperature swings and lets infrared energy pass through cleanly. A special coating on the quartz helps shape the energy, making sure it lands right in the sweet spot where your material absorbs it best. For installation, we use standard R7s end-caps. They make mounting quick and secure, and ensure a solid electrical connection. And the connector interface is built to handle the high current without breaking a sweat.
Where They Shine
These lamps are workhorses. You’ll find them pulling their weight in screen printing, coating curing, and heating composites. The carbon elements lay down a blanket of even, radiant heat. That means no hot spots and a much more uniform cure. The response is almost instant. You can ramp up quickly, which is a huge plus when you’re trying to keep up with a fast line. Now, with all that power comes heat. So your machine has to be ready to manage the cooling, keeping everything—components and controls—from getting too toasty. We designed these lamps to be a straight swap. They’re tough, but let’s be honest, a busy production line is no picnic. Treat the cooling and mounting right, and these lamps will take whatever you throw at them.
