Give the machine proper cooling and watch the ambient temperature, so the wiring and components stay safe.

The guts: halogen, coating, and a connector that just works.

Inside the quartz envelope, the carbon filament throws off a broad infrared spectrum that plays well with plastics and coatings. A halogen fill gas keeps the filament steady and helps prevent hot spots, so the heater lasts longer. The quartz body is coated to manage emissivity and keep process contamination off the tube—fewer hot spots, fewer burnouts. And we use an R7s connector, a straight-wire setup that makes mounting and swapping simple. In most standard fixtures, it’s a straight drop-in, so you’re back up and running with minimal downtime.
