At 300mm long and 10mm in diameter, it slips into tight spots without forcing you to redesign the whole machine. Running at higher voltage means lower current for the same power, so your wiring can stay slimmer and your line losses stay lower. It heats up fast—really fast. But that speed comes with a catch: your control system and cooling need to keep pace, or you risk overshooting the temperature.
The build that makes it reliable
Inside, you’ve got a carbon fiber element tucked into a quartz tube—built to take high heat and deliver steady output, day after day. A halogen gas fill protects the filament and keeps performance stable over thousands of hours. We tuned the coating to push the emission spectrum toward far infrared, so your target materials absorb the heat more efficiently. And we topped it off with an R7s connector. It’s a simple, solid fit—drop it in, get secure contact, and keep everything aligned without the fiddling.
Where it shines—and what to keep in mind
