The secret is in the materials. Most heaters use nichrome wire, but we went with carbon fiber. Why? Because it handles way higher temperatures, which means you get a more concentrated blast of heat. Then there’s the white coating on the outside. It’s not just for looks. It actually reflects some of that internal heat and spreads it out. This is huge because it stops those annoying “hot spots” from forming—the kind that usually warp your materials or burn a hole right through your substrate. Getting them installed Here is the thing: you’ve got to be spot-on with your wattage and voltage. If they don’t match your power supply exactly, you’re looking at one of two problems: the lamp won’t get hot enough, or the filament will just snap.
