But here’s the catch: high power density needs smart thermal management. You need a good heat path and enough clearance. If your machine can’t shed that heat cleanly, you’re risking overheating nearby parts.

For connectors, we use R7s and Sk15 because they’re built for industrial life. They hold the heater in place solidly and keep the electrical contact consistent. So it stays aligned, and it doesn’t start arcing or loosening when things vibrate. In practice, that means fewer hot spots and fewer failures out in the field.
